Risks: findings

Risks > Findings is the facility-wide queue of every control a resource is currently failing. A histogram at the top ranks controls by how many resources are offending, so you can see where to focus before reading the list.

Findings histogram and control list

Below it, an accordion groups findings by control: the control’s name, how many resources are offending, its description, and a grid of buttons, one per offending resource, that jump straight to that resource’s Findings tab. A finding without a specific resource (a rule-level finding) links to the rule instead. A muted resource’s button shows a muted icon so you can tell at a glance which offenders are already handled.

This page is for triage and navigation. Muting a finding, with a required reason, happens on the resource’s own Findings tab, not here. See Risk model for how a control becomes a finding and how muting affects a benchmark’s score.
